Swim WOD tomorrow at 11am!!! There will still be Yoga at 9am! Directions are on the blog, don’t get lost! After the WOD we have the lake to ourselves for any and all water activities. Please bring any type of water toys you have and life jackets! And don’t forget to bring food and drinks for a BBQ on the lake!

To help alleviate the stress of not being able to sign up for full classes on Front Desk I have enabled Waitlists on all classes. If the class is full but you want to attend it, then you may sign up for the Waitlist. If anybody cancels you will be added to the class roster and be able to WOD. This is a big technological jump for me, so please try out this new feature and let me know if it works!!!
